Badly maintained karts and staff retraining needed

点评：The karts are a health and safety hazard. So bad, that one of the karts axle snapped, the wheel flew off whilst someone was racing around the circuit.
The Marshall seemed more concerned with the kart than the driver!
During the time spent there, a few karts broke down and the Marshall's didn't notice for some time. Taking their time to ensure driver was off the track to safety while the race continued.
At a point,one Marshall was waving a yellow flag and another Marshall was waving a green flag.
There was several people also complaining about the circuit time.
Paying for 15 minute sessions but their actual circuit time was 11 mins, 12 mins and 13 mins long. During this complaint being raised, a member of the male staff made a personal remark about one of the customers wife/partner.
Disgraceful customer service.
The staff clearly managed the situation badly.
The way they tried to explain the reasons behind the shortened track time made absolutely no sense, so this inflamed the discussions further.
There was alot of very unhappy people in the room.
Friends and family of mine have been using this track previously and enjoyed it but this recent experience has meant that this will be our last visit.
Its just a mess and unsafe.
Children drive these karts. What if it was a child that was driving when that kart lost its wheel at the axle!!
