点评：I recently visited JC Le Roux for a wine tasting experience with my family, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing.
There was a significant delay in receiving our tastings. My parents had ordered a standard wine tasting, while my sister and I chose the wine and cheesecake pairing. When we politely asked about the delay, the server explained that the cheesecake was taking longer to prepare. We then asked if my parents could begin their wine tasting in the meantime, as we had already been waiting quite a while.
At this point, the server became visibly annoyed and responded with an attitude that made us uncomfortable. Shortly afterward, she brought all the tastings to the table at once. Instead of creating an enjoyable and relaxed experience, she rushed through pouring the wines and quickly went over the explanations in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional.
The entire interaction made us feel rushed and unwelcome, which took away from what should have been a pleasant outing. It was disappointing, especially given the reputation of the venue. I hope management addresses this, as good service is a key part of the overall experience.
