曼纳海姆博物馆的点评
点评：Very disappointing experience at the Mannerheim Museum.
I joined the Swedish-language guided tour on March 28 at 11:15, and unfortunately the guide’s behavior completely ruined what should have been an interesting visit. Instead of providing engaging historical insight, the guide spent most of the time complaining and giving orders in a rude and condescending tone.
We were repeatedly told not to touch anything (including even leaning near a windowsill), instructed exactly where and how to stand, and even told not to walk too slowly. The atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable throughout the entire tour.
What made it worse was the guide questioning whether visitors had “understood everything,” which came across as patronizing rather than helpful.
A museum visit should feel welcoming and educational, but this was neither. I left feeling frustrated rather than inspired.
I would not recommend this guided tour unless the museum seriously improves the attitude and customer service of its guides.
