点评：I got Marco's name from my birding guru Josh Engel (Red Hill Birding out of Chicago) and Marco happened to be located about 45 minutes from where I was staying, so he picked my up from my friends house and we spent from 8:00AM - 4:30PM out and about at various habitats, elevations, and key spots. We managed to see 25 species that were new to me as I have not birded that much in Europe, and loved seeing Bee-eaters nesting along a river, beautifully perched and thinking they could be the same birds I saw in Tanzania and Kenya earlier this year because of that miraculous feat of migration. I learned a lot and it was a fun and full day -- very worth it ! From birding around medieval castles to the heights of the mountains where the source of the Tiber is in Emilia-Romagno -- Thanks so much Marco !
