Museum Der Bildenden Künste Leipzig的点评
点评：The museum is spread over three floors, although there is an additional €8 charge to access the third floor with the first and second floors being free, which makes the ticketing arrangement feel somewhat confusing.
For the €8 ticket, you also get access to the Max Beckmann Hall, but this is surprisingly small, with only 11 paintings and three sculptures, with a few additional works scattered around the other rooms. The GDR collection on the floors was also not particularly impressive and, overall, felt rather underwhelming.
The second floor is more visually interesting, with huge floor-to-ceiling glass windows and contemporary displays. The combination of concrete, extensive wood panelling and the modern interior creates a good contrast and gives the space a more contemporary feel.
Unfortunately, the staff experience was below par. The ticket sales assistant was noticeably grumpy and unhelpful, immediately creating an unfriendly impression.
Later, on the third floor, a gallery guard approached me and, in German, rather rudely told me that my sweater needed to be tied around . I didn’t initially understand what she was saying until she gestured the motion. I later translated my response into German that they way she instructed was rude and could have been kinder, showed it to her so that she could understand my feedback. She read it but simply walked away without apologising or acknowledging what I had said.
Overall, the artwork was okay, but the experience was let down by the staff. The museum has some attractive architectural spaces, particularly on the second floor, but the collection itself and the standard of customer service left something to be desired.

后来，在三楼……一位画廊保安走过来，用德语相当粗鲁地告诉我，我的毛衣需要系起来。起初我没明白她在说什么，直到她做了个系衣服的手势。后来我按照她的指示用德语回复道：她的行为很无礼，本可以更友善一些。我把回复展示给她看，好让她明白我的反馈。但她只是看了一眼，便径直走开了，既没道歉，也没理会我说的话。
总的来说，那些艺术品还算不错。不过，这次体验因工作人员的表现而大打折扣。博物馆有一些颇具吸引力的建筑空间，尤其是二楼；但其藏品本身以及服务水准则略显欠佳。
