点评：I've made two trips there in the last few months. One was not a great experience, the other was hopelessly incompetent.
First time, order not ready, didn't have some of the wines I wanted but didn't tell me, had to wait on the boss coming down from Calais. That was after waiting for someone to come down and open up the shop.
Second time was a total farce - didn't have a full supply of one of the wines in the shop (lest we forget, this order was placed weeks in advance) so I had to wait while the boss comes down from Calais (there's a theme here).
After thinking I'm good to go, it transpires there no supply ***at all*** of one of the other wines in the shop - how is it possible to be this disorganised , and not for the first time.
The boss asks me to wait while he goes back to Calais - again!!!
I said I've wasted enough time waiting (and not for the first time) , so he agrees to bring the wine to me in Calais.
When I get home I find it is NOT the wine we ordered , in fact, it is not even listed in their wine catalogue.
I am absolutely furious - this is for my daughter's wedding in eight weeks time. It's a wine she chose herself from a sample case I purchased previously .
Good luck getting what you want, getting it on time or getting it at all.
Under no circumstances will I be darkening their doors again.
