Truly magical for the whole family

点评：This was one of the most special experiences we’ve done as a family. Our children (7 & 6) were completely captivated from start to finish.
I won’t ruin the magic, but the moment you find Santa is genuinely so special. It did feel like a slightly abrupt end to that part, but it didn’t take away from how magical it felt in the moment.
Everything is so thoughtfully put together.. the elf school, sledging and Santa’s command centre all feel immersive and really well done. It didn’t feel rushed or overly commercialised, which makes such a difference.
We booked quite last minute so the only option available was a group tour, but this actually worked brilliantly. The groups are small (our group was around four families), and it really added to the experience as you could feel the excitement building between the children.
It is expensive, there’s no getting away from that. But hearing the children talk about it afterwards and share every detail with family when we got home completely sealed the value for me… the magic truly is alive ❤️
