An unforgettable family safari with an outstanding guide

点评：We are a family from Germany travelling with two children, aged five and eight, and we could not have wished for a better safari guide than Francis.
From the very beginning, he took all of our wishes into account and made sure the whole trip was exactly what we had hoped for. He picked us up from our friends’ home in Nairobi and drove us to Serena Lodge in Amboseli National Park. From there, we continued to Salt Lick Safari Lodge and enjoyed further game drives in the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary.
Francis was extremely friendly from start to finish and explained so much to us in very clear and easy-to-understand English. He was also absolutely fantastic with our children, always patient, relaxed and attentive to their needs.
He took us to the best spots, was very flexible throughout the trip and always made sure we felt comfortable and well looked after. Thanks to his experience, we saw an incredible variety of wildlife — from zebras, wildebeest and giraffes to elephants and lions from very close range.
Another point that was especially important to us as parents was his driving. Traffic and driving conditions in Kenya can sometimes feel very different from what we are used to in Germany, but with Francis we never once felt unsafe or uncomfortable, even in more challenging situations. He drove calmly and responsibly at all times, and it was obvious that he was very aware of the responsibility he had for us and especially for our two children.
Travelling with two young children can sometimes be challenging, but Francis made the whole safari feel easy, relaxed and enjoyable for all of us. We always felt safe and in very good hands.
We are extremely happy that we had such an experienced, kind and professional guide by our side. Francis made our safari truly unforgettable.
If we ever return to Kenya for another safari, we would definitely try to book Francis personally again.

作为父母，对我们来说另一个极为重要的方面就是他的驾驶技术。肯尼亚的交通状况和驾驶环境有时与我们在德国习惯的环境大不相同，但有弗朗西斯在开车，即便是在较为复杂的路况下，我们也从未感到不安或不自在。他始终沉着冷静且尽职尽责地驾驶着车辆。很明显，他深深明白自己对我们，尤其是对我们的两个孩子所肩负的责任。
带着两个年幼的孩子旅行有时颇具挑战性，但弗朗西斯让整个游猎之旅对我们所有人来说都轻松、惬意又愉快。我们始终感到安全，觉得自己交到了值得信赖的人手中。
