点评：We booked our trip to Panama through Exoticca, with Step by Step Travel as their local partner, and we had a wonderful experience!
From the moment we arrived, everything was very well organized. Elvis was our driver and the person who took us to and from the airport and to our different activities. He was **always on time, friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable**. He speaks both English and Spanish, which made communication very easy.
What really stood out was how thoughtful Elvis was throughout the entire trip. He wasn't just our driver—he made the experience more enjoyable by sharing information about Panama, answering all of our questions, and even offering to take pictures for us along the way. 📸
We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Having someone reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly like Elvis made such a difference.
We would definitely recommend **Step by Step Travel** to anyone visiting Panama, and we would be happy to use them again on a future trip!
