点评：We payed about €100 to get a transfer to and from heraklion centre., when booking we thought we were only paying for the transfer but as we arrived after being picked up separately we were greeted by a group of other travellers as well as a tour guide who took us around the centre for about 1/2hour-1hour. We were told we would arrive back to our hotel at 4pm as well would leave at 3pm. We believed that as we were brought there separately, we would also be taken back separately but we were told to get in the minibus with the rest of the travellers which then took us an 1 hour in the opposite direction, then once the final group was dropped at theee hotel the driver told us to get off not knowing he had to drop us at another hotel. Big miscommunication and inconvenience as in total we spent 2 hours on a transfer which we paid €100 for. In the end we communicated that e were told be dropped off but received little remorse and sorry for the inconvenience.
