点评：We recently stayed in Bispham, Blackpool, and used Blacktax Taxis throughout our holiday, sometimes twice a day.
We were travelling with a family member who has limited mobility, so we mentioned when booking that we would need space for a collapsible wheelchair. This was never a problem. The taxis always arrived promptly, and every driver was helpful, considerate and professional when assisting with the wheelchair, .
A special mention goes to the lady who answered the phone. Whether she simply had an excellent memory for names and customer requirements or a very efficient booking system, she always seemed to know exactly who we were and what we needed. She was always friendly and helpful, making the whole experience feel personal and
