Tasty food in a nice, dog friendly setting, with some wheelchair access

点评：The renamed Quayside now offers breakfast/lunch inside and outside on its new pontoon, which is just a bit different and probably especially nice in the sunshine (it was threatening to rain when we went!).
We had a mixture of the food offerings - avocado on toast, pastrami toastie with salad, and a brioche bacon bap - they were all really tasty.
We also sampled a few of the cakes which were nice enough but there's strong cake competition in this vicinity so they might have to up their game to compete and somehow stand out on the cake front!
Wheelchair access-wise there's a ramp into the building and an accessible toilet, a couple of tables with moveable chairs just outside, and the pontoon had a step and a slope onto it but how big/steep these are will vary according to the water level, number of people on it etc.
Point to note is while someone may bring you out a menu you have to go in to order, my suggestion would be that it would be great if you could order from the table via a QR code?
All in all potentially a nice addition to the Exeter quayside cafe scene (not to be confused with the Quayside cafe around the corner)
