The Spa @ Suites Hotel Knowsley的点评
点评：I had booked a nights stay at your Knowsley spa for me and my partners anniversary we arrived at 3pm on Thursday 26th march upon arrival we were given the room 406 (executive suite) the room had a tele which turned on but no channel would work and the lights on the dressing table flickered
We got dressed and made our way to the spa where we had a 2 hour thermal access and complementary drinks within the spa itself some of the spa features were out of order when using the hot drinks machines again some of options were again out of order. We were told we were having back massages my partner wanted a facial as well as to which I walked back upto reception and requested this. The receptionist stated she would speak to the staff in 10/15 mins once they have finished with there clients and she would come find us and let us know if she was able to add it on! 1 hour later still no update given. We went back to our room with our meal being booked at 7pm which was a 2 course meal upon arrival to the restaurant we were told there was 9 items not available on the menu we ordered a chicken curry and a burger
The curry was incredibly bland with that we ate the burger left some of the curry went back to our room packed and decided to leave. When handing the room key and explaining the situation no apology was given the offer to help or resolve the issue and was just greeted with “ok bye” worst anniversary to date absolutely shocking I want my money back as we were not even there 5 hours absolute waste of time

咖喱鸡味道极其寡淡，我们只吃了汉堡，剩下一些咖喱鸡，然后收拾行李回到房间，决定离开。交还房卡并解释情况时，对方没有道歉，也没有提出任何帮助或解决问题的意愿，只是冷冷地说了句“好的，再见”。这是我迄今为止最糟糕的周年纪念日，简直令人震惊！我要退款，因为我们根本没在那里待5个小时，真是浪费时间。
