Dark Art Distillery的点评
点评：Fantastic tour which gives you a great insight into how this small, award-winning distillery operates. Kelvin was joy to listen to, sharing both the history of the building and every aspect of the distillation process.
My wife particularly enjoyed tasting the gins and agave spirits, as well as learning how the aromas vary depending on the mixer used. Since I was driving, I couldn't participate on-site, but I want to give a special thank you for providing take-home samples. It is a fantastic touch for drivers, and the spirits certainly did not disappoint when I finally tried them at home!
We thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone considering a visit. The distillery shop is also well worth a visit on its own—we made sure to stock up before our drive back home. We truly enjoyed our day and look forward to returning!
