点评：If you don't want a frustrating experience don't visit Rochdale at all, it's largely a dump. Never made the Town Hall because it was impossible to park. Rochdale seem to be taking a leaf out of Manchester's book in disliking motorists and sending you around in circles with road closures etc. The dopey council have paved over the land in front of the town hall and you can't get to the rear to park. Not content with frustrating small retailers in Castleton with bike lanes ruining their businesses, then roadworks to build wide empty bicycle lanes approaching the centre, there's now big delays to get out of the place with three lanes down to one near Tesco. It might help to get a few working on the roadworks. Last week the council had to abandon not thought through traffic plans in Heywood due to the congestion they called. Rochdale council seem to be encouraging visitors to go to Bury.
