One to avoid!
Pier 52的点评
点评：We arrived as a family party of mixed adults and children, booked in advance. The entrance building was an untidy and dirty mess, with a broken window and stuff lying everywhere.
The wet suits provided were tatty and some were ripped, with an inadequate supply to fit all comfortably. Most were wet as they had apparently been washed (despite us being afternoon visitors and the only visitors that day)
The pontoon area where we had a cursory safety briefing and rough explanation of what to do was dangerous. The area was 10ft above the dry lake bed and had on one side a large gap in the wooden fence and on the other side a fence that was fixed with a screw on one side and would have given way under any pressure.
The provided paddle boards were old, some were missing fins and one had no security line to attach to the rider. One of the adults had to use a child’s paddle board as they had insufficient boards for us all. When this was pointed out no refund was offered.
We enjoyed being on the water but would not return to Pier 52 under any circumstances.
