点评：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from a Professional Team!I recently stayed at Cowes Harbour Shepards Marina on my own and cannot praise the staff enough. As a solo sailor, the entire berthing and shore team from the Cowes Harbour Commission were a massive help and a credit to the port. From the moment I approached, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and well-mannered.What stood out most was their proactive attitude—they were constantly available, checking in to see if I needed anything, and making sure my stay was completely smooth. The facilities are also excellent; the showers heat up quickly, and both the showers and toilets are well looked after and kept very clean.The level of customer service here is executed to an exceptionally high standard. It makes a huge difference to feel so well looked after when you are on your own. Highly recommend this marina to anyone visiting Cowes!
