A Charming Piece of Albuquerque History with a Few Things to Know Before You Go

点评：We went to the KiMo Theatre to see the documentary Route 66: The Main Street of America, and it was such a fun experience! The theater itself is full of old-school charm, with beautiful architectural details and interesting features to look at. Sitting in the balcony was especially fun because it really lets you appreciate the history and character of this old theater. It adds to the whole experience and makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time!
We parked in the garage behind the theater, which was convenient. When we left at night, there was a man sleeping on the staircase leading to the garage, and we had to carefully get around him. It startled us a bit, so just something to be aware of if you’re visiting for an evening event.
Overall, we enjoyed our visit and loved getting to experience this historic Albuquerque landmark. If you’re in town, the KiMo Theatre is worth checking out for a show or movie. It’s a little piece of New Mexico history with plenty of character!
