Indoor play area let it down
Happy Mount Park的点评
点评：I recently visited this park with my grandchildren and had mixed feelings about the experience.
On the positive side, it’s a really nice, spacious park with a great play area up at the top. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around and enjoy themselves, which we really appreciated. It is really well maintained. However, it was disappointing that the little train wasn’t running and the trampolines were closed, as these were things we were looking forward to.
We also went into the indoor play area, “Pirates in the Park,” and unfortunately this is where things really let it down. The space is very small with alot of children and a huge covered bouncy castle takes up around half of it. Because it’s fully covered, it was impossible to see the children inside, which made it impossible to supervise. The whole area felt chaotic, with older and younger children mixed together, and several younger ones getting hurt including my grandson .
I don't understand how it has passed health and safety checks.
The young staff member working there was clearly doing her best, but she was completely rushed off her feet. In my opinion, the area is understaffed. The bouncy castle in particular should have had someone supervising it at all times for safety.
Another serious concern was a door left accessible that contained electrical switches. Children were opening it and pressing the switches for the lighting, and it was within reach of even very young children in the toddler area, which is worrying.
The café aareawas ok. Nice staff. I got 2 ice creams for the children. 1 dairy free and a latte £9.50. Reasonable i thought.
Overall, the outdoor park itself is lovely and worth visiting, but the indoor play area needs significant improvements in safety, before I would feel comfortable recommending .

咖啡厅还不错，员工很友善。我给孩子们买了两个冰淇淋，一个不含乳制品的，还有一杯拿铁，一共9.5英镑。我觉得价格合理。
总的来说，户外公园本身很漂亮，值得一去，但室内游乐区的安全措施需要大幅改进，否则我不会放心推荐。
