点评：We had the privilege of working with Loremi Tours during our #LocalTourismVoices storytelling lab in Gulu, and it was an outstanding experience.
What makes Loremi truly special is their deep and authentic knowledge of the local culture. This is not standard tourism, they open doors to experiences that are rooted in the communities themselves.
They took us into local communities where we were welcomed in a very genuine way. These visits were without a doubt some of the most memorable moments of our entire stay.
We experienced traditional dances, visited local pottery makers, and learned about the Acholi culture in a way that was both respectful and insightful. What stood out in particular was how balanced and thoughtful their storytelling is, including when it comes to the history of the region and the years of conflict. Nothing is simplified or sensationalised; instead, you get a nuanced and honest perspective.
For our participants, this was deeply impactful.
If you are looking for meaningful, community-based tourism that goes beyond the surface, Loremi Tours is highly recommended.
