点评：Today 26/8/2026 at 11:20-11:35 we experienced a issue by a front of house member called Eve or Eva? (Only saw part of the name tag) while checking into our pre-booking.
Me and my partner was stood in the queue located to the right of the front desk to check in. Other customers were coming down the steps and was pushing in the queue. Eve did not acknowledge we was stood there and proceeded to let other customers push in towards us and said "they were here before you", so my partner replied "okay, serve them". Then again, another family came down the stairs and pushed in, again Eve said "I will serve these because they were here before you", which they were not as we saw them come down the stairs, my partner replied "are you sure they was here before us, they have just came down the stairs". Eve then decided to argue with us and pulled disgusting looks towards my partner. Because of this the family that came down the stairs decided to start saying things to us "They are only pushing in because he is big". Commenting on my partners build. As I fully understand the comments made by other members of the public is not 100% the companies, however if Eve controlled the queue professionally these comments would not have been made.
As we own two businesses ourselves, we were appalled by how as a paying customer we were treated. This ruined our experience at the crazy golf, not only was we going there to play golf, but to also each lunch, because of this situation we decided to get lunch somewhere else as the atmosphere was hostile.
After the game, we spoke to the manager about the issue, who was polite and understanding. I did mention to her to check CCTV, as there is two CCTV cameras within the area the confrontation happened.

由于我们自己也经营两家企业，作为付费顾客却受到如此对待，我们感到非常震惊。这彻底破坏了我们在迷你高尔夫球场的体验。我们去那里原本是打算打高尔夫并共进午餐的，但由于那种恶劣的氛围，我们最终决定去别的地方吃午饭。
比赛结束后，我们向经理反映了这个问题，他很有礼貌且通情达理。我还特意提醒他检查一下监控录像，因为发生冲突的区域内有两个监控摄像头。
