点评：An unforgettable experience aboard the Monserrat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had an absolutely amazing experience aboard the Monserrat. From the moment we arrived, the entire crew and our guides made us feel welcome, comfortable, and incredibly well taken care of.
We went on itineraries C & D, each with two guides. Our guides, Javier, Karem, and Yazmany were fantastic. Each brought their own knowledge and personality to the experience, and their passion for the Galápagos really came through. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife, birds, plants, geology, and history of the islands. They also seemed to have an incredible ability to spot wildlife that we never would have seen on our own! Their enthusiasm made every excursion exciting.
The crew was equally wonderful. Alexander and the rest of the crew worked so hard to make sure everything ran smoothly, always with a smile. And our concierge was absolutely terrific—so attentive and helpful throughout the entire trip. I’m sorry I don’t know everyone’s names, because they all deserve recognition.
What impressed us most was how genuinely caring and friendly everyone was. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and we always felt that the crew and guides truly wanted us to have the best possible experience.
The Galápagos itself is spectacular, but having such an exceptional team aboard the Monserrat made our trip even more special.
