Willie's Tours CR的点评
点评：Wish we had read this company's reviews before booking with them! Instead we joined the long list of people let down or ripped off by them. We organized a canal tour from Tortuguero to Moin dock with them and were told to be at the boat dock in Tortuguero at 9.50am and to ask for Captain Rolan. We got to the dock at 9.30am and when no-one had showed up by 10.10am I emailed and what;s App'd Willie's Tours Costa Rica asking if he was late. By 10.30 we were getting concerned and we managed to get through to Willie's Tours who then directed us on to Captain Rolan, giving us his phone number. He said he had been there at 7am but we sent him a screenshot of our messages with Willie's Tours CR showing their instructions to be there at 9.50am. Then he said he would come and get us but would charge US $220 instead of the US $120 we had been told it would cost. Apparently it is common with this company to let you down then try and extort more money from you. We got back to Willie's Tours CR and they said they couldn't pick us up and that we would have to get our own way to Moin dock - via public boat to La Pavona, then uber to Guapiles then bus to Limon, then another bus to Moin dock .. all whilst we had no idea where any of these places were, with no Spanish, and with all our luggage.. Whether we accepted their offer of coming in 3-4 hours and charging us twice as much, or opting to trying to patch together bus and boat trips to get there, both ways would have us (hopefully!) reaching Moin / Limon in the dark, something we had been told was unsafe - especially with all our luggage
