点评：Our recent visit to Puri (Golden) beach (on 26th March) is memorable.
We went to the beach at around 6 Pm.
We spent peaceful couple of hours in the beach enjoying the untiring waves, active mad crowd and shops etc.
One can forget their worries just by looking and concentrating at the sea.
It was our visit to a beach after a gap of one year.
Puri Beach, also known as the Golden Beach.
It stretches for a long distance along the Bay of Bengal.
Its white sand glitters like gold under the sun or in moon light.
Puri Beach is an attraction for both the spiritual seekers and the leisure lovers.
The beach is boasting of a clean, safe, and well-maintained stretch with lifeguard services, drinking water, and beach amenities etc.
It is awarded the prestigious Blue Flag certification in the year 2020 for its cleanliness, white sand, and safety.
The ‘Blue Flag’ certification is a globally recognized eco-label formed on the basis of certain criteria under the headings
It suits whether for an early morning walk or for simply sitting by the shore and watching the sunrise and the waves splashing against the shore for a magical experience.
The Golden Beach Puri festival occurs every year in the month of November
The purpose of this festival is to celebrate the authentic art, crafts, culture, cuisine, and tourism potential of the state on a single platform that would allow them to gain global attention though.
People from all age groups can enjoy this festival.
