A Hotel with Heart – The Staff Make All the Difference ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

点评：From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome at Mon Repos Palace Hotel. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location, overlooking beautiful Garitsa Bay and Anemomylos. There are plenty of lovely restaurants within easy walking distance, and Corfu Town is only about a 30-minute stroll away, making it the perfect base for couples looking for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle.
Our room was kept impeccably clean throughout our stay. A special mention must go to the lovely little blonde housekeeper, who worked tirelessly every day to make sure everything was just right. She even helped the maintenance engineer check our air conditioning to ensure it was working perfectly. Her care and dedication certainly didn't go unnoticed.
The only small downside was that the bathroom is a little dated, and the bath wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. However, this seems to be fairly typical in many properties on the island and certainly wasn't enough to detract from an otherwise wonderful stay.
What makes this hotel truly exceptional is its people. Every member of staff went out of their way to make our holiday special. Ferdi in the restaurant always greeted us with a smile, Stella, the Maître d', kept everything running seamlessly, Maria the waitress and Angela on reception and the rest of the staff were warm and friendly.
