点评:I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Lapis Spa. My husband and I made a reservation over the phone for my birthday and were looking forward to a relaxing day. When we arrived, we were told that no reservation existed under our name.
Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, the manager Jessica Carter dismissive and disrespectful. She implied that we must have called a different business, even though we were certain we had called Lapis Spa. There was no apology, no effort to investigate what happened, and no attempt to accommodate us on what was supposed to be a special occasion.
The only solution offered was to book another appointment , which completely missed the point since we had planned this visit specifically for my birthday. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and customer care was shocking.
What should have been a memorable birthday experience turned into a frustrating and disappointing ordeal. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Lapis Spa. Used to be a great place not anymore.
