Chiltern Valley Winery & Brewery的点评
点评：Chiltern Valley Winery and Brewery is in a beautiful setting. It has a beautiful cobbled courtyard, barn, shop and food van. One of the couples on the tour with us had been married there the year before. We were booked in for a tour and tasting session. We firstly went to the vineyard and Victoria led the session. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained the science behind the grape growing. We moved on to the pressing and to distribution. We then moved on to the beer and the proseccessing and bottling. We learned about the different hops for different depths of flavour. Then to round it off the tasting session. Victoria selected some wines, beers and liqueurs for us to try, again explaining what grapes / hops were used and how the some of the wines were oaked. The whole process was enlightening, interesting and fun. I can't recommend this experience enough. Would definitely buy this a present for someone. You can buy all products in the shop alongside gifts. Absolutely fantastic.
