点评:We took a trip to Eibsee on a super warm Sunday afternoon in June, the car park was rammed but they had a pretty good barrier system, you just have to find a space and we were lucky to catch someone leaving. We seemed to have had the same idea as everyone else in the area as it was rammed.
We took a trip anti-clockwise out of the car park (signposted to the Bridge) and walked for about 10 minutes to find a less busy spot, and it was easy enough to find some space.
This lake is absolutely stunning, with Zugspitze in the background. But its not an easy place to have a refreshing dip, the beach is entirely made up of large rocks and boulders, and getting in and out of the lake is treacherous, you definitely need swim shoes as its near impossible in bare feet. However, wobbly rocks navigated, the lake itself is refreshingly cool and not too packed, meaning you can have a nice relaxing swim.
If you are in the area it would be a shame to miss out on this stunning location, but if you want to swim come prepared.
