点评：We had planned a last minute trip away so hadn’t pre booked anything and had arrived early for our accommodation so thought would pop down and have a look around as wasn’t sure if the kids would be keen to do anything so turned up to walk around. We were met by Alan who welcomed us and asked if we had a booking and we explained what our plan was and he was very helpful and informative. He showed us where to complete the waiver and pointed out where everything was. The kids were keen to do the roller coaster so booked on with a lovely young lady (sorry I didn’t her name) who was very helpful. We met Dewi at the rollercoaster who was very friendly and we all chatted for a bit. I wasn’t keen after my first go so sat out on the 2nd time around and he was very kind to suggest my two kids could use my 2 remaining goes if I didn’t want to use them which everyone was happy about. My kids both said “ he was really nice” Thank you and hope you enjoy your holiday as you deserve it!
We then asked about the zip line and the lovely Abigail & Lisa booked the kids in. Alan and Sadie were the dream team who chatted to the kids and explained everything to us. The kids loved it and both are talking about saving up and going back next time we visit Wales. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly, helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend visiting if you’re in the area you will not be disappointed!!
