点评:Had a great day at the British Grand Prix, not a cheap day out but I got tickets for my husbands 60th.The three of us had a fantastic time. The only annoying thing was the walk from the car park which cost £150 for parking which i pre paid for with my tickets. When we got to it I checked to make sure we were in the right parking place. The girl tells us its the cheap car park & I said the £150 one?she said yes.I said well thats not cheap.
A couple of weeks ago my husband received a letter stating he hadn’t paid for parking,no i paid.At first we thought it was a scam as they wanted over £200.He emailed them and sent evidence we had paid but they said they would not be in touch until 28 days so I contacted Silverstone which was not an easy task but luckily a lovely lady called Katie sorted this out for us straight away.I sent her screen shots of proof of purchase and she sorted it.How many other people have that car park company tried to fleece that is the question.
