点评：WARNING!! if you are planning on sitting in the National Pits Straight Accessibility Disabled platform! IF you get the low number seating positions on the very right hand side you will get a TOTALLY UNNACCEPTABLE OBSCURED VIEW OF THE CIRCUIT!! The view towards Luffield corner is completely blocked by Crash Barriers & Fence Posts, Recovery Trucks, Cabins and DHL Advertising hoardings on the fences so you CANNOT see the cars approaching - SEE PHOTOS. The view straight forward is still badly obscured and virtually impossible to see the cars [now doing over 170mph] and then they are gone. Also the only large screen in view [behind the grandstand roof on opposite side of the track] had bottom part of screen obscured which meant you could not see the sector timings for the drivers during Qualifying, Finally during the current heatwave we had to sit in direct sun as no shelter provided for the disabled platform AND we were told we shouldn't raise any umbrellas! Having paid increased prices for these seats [as Luffield was full] we complained to the Online Ticket Team but they seem to think just saying sorry and they'll pass info on is enough - well its NOT! Surely we cant be the first spectators to be offered these unacceptable seating positions without complaints so why are they still offered? If you went to a Theatre and had reduced vision you'd be notified and the seat price would be reduced - why are we not being compensated? I challenge you to go and sit in position 1 THEN update this complaint online with the truth. There is so much space further left than this platform area that should be utilised and retire this mentioned right hand section we were offered [seats 1, 2 & 3]. I dont think we will be attending anymore - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED if you choose to.
