Felt like the experience wasn't a priority although appeared to have some knowledge

点评：I recently visited the Reptile Village with five other guests. Over the past 10 years, I've built a great relationship with this place and have recommended it to countless visitors because I genuinely believe in what they do. That's why it's disappointing to write this review,I want to see the Reptile Village continue to thrive and I hope this feedback is helpful.
Whenever I visit, I usually ask for Lawrence Lutaaya, who has always been a reliable, knowledgeable and outstanding guide. Unfortunately he wasn't available this time, so we were guided by Tracy.
When we arrived, we waited for more than 10 minutes without being attended to. There didn't seem to be anyone available, so I eventually walked around looking for assistance. Thankfully, I knocked on the right door and Tracy came out, but we still had to wait several more minutes before the tour began.
The guided walk itself was underwhelming. We spent only about a minute at each enclosure, with very little explanation about the animals. The tour felt rushed, and although Tracy appeared to have some knowledge, she didn't seem engaged or interested in sharing it with us. It left the impression that the experience wasn't a priority.
I truly care about the Reptile Village and appreciate the important work they have done over the years in conservation and education. My intention is not to criticize but to offer honest feedback that I hope management will consider as they continue improving the visitor experience.
I look forward to visiting again and hope to have the excellent experience I've always enjoyed in the past.
