Battle of Britain Memorial的点评
点评：We previously came to this area and heard about this memorial so decided to return this year as it sounded worth a special visit and we weren’t disappointed. You arrive at the memorial site and head to the car park where there is free disabled parking.
There is a fair amount of walking around the site especially if you want to walk to the front of the sitting airman statue. The site also has a brilliant visitor centre where you can spend a lot of time reading all the information about the Battle of Britain. The building if viewed online from above resembles a plane. The restaurant has a limited menu but adequate to stave off hunger pangs and quench your thirst. There is a shop on site and all the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. If we lived closer we feel it would be an ideal place to visit on a regular basis.
