Waste of time, overpriced and underwhelming.

点评：Absolutely terrible.
We visited a few years ago when the gift shop was significantly larger, it is now resigned to one tiny room with a side part selling minimal items at reduced prices… I say reduced prices, I personally would not pay £27.50 for a coaster… that’s half price!!!! Seriously! Absolutely everything in the tiny gift shop was overpriced and nothing to do with lavender whatsoever.
The cafe has now taken over the area that once housed the larger gift shop- I guess there’s more money in food than gifts or novelties.
We did have a cup of tea and a scone, 3 of us… £28.00!
Now for the outdoor area… a tiny area selling lavender, no details of the types etc.
It now costs £2.50 per adult and £1 per child to walk around the lavender field… safe to say we didn’t bother as you can see it from the edge… it had all been cut down.
The gardens… talk about scruffy! Some people would say “oh it’s been left wild for nature” no. It’s a mess! Weeds all in the walkways, unattended seating areas, bridges over the waterways rotting away and wobbly.
Highlight of the visit- apart from leaving! Was seeing a mother duck with her 8 ducklings.
Such a disappointment and we definitely will not be returning.

除了离开之外，这次游览的亮点是看到了一只母鸭带着她的八只小鸭。
