点评：I organized a party of 25 people from our boy scout troop for the Whitewater Merit Badge day. Overall, it was good; however, it could use further improvement.
Pros
Great customer service, phone and email communication
Payments were recorded and transparently published
Emily was the best guide because she was incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. Our raft never got stuck and she rescued me out of the rapids.

Lots of waiting around while the guides packed up and unpacked the rafts
Drinking water was not readily available. It would have been helpful if the guides pointed it out during downtimes.
