A lovely day out at Polgoon Vineyard

点评：We had a fantastic time at Polgoon Vineyard and really enjoyed doing the self-guided tour. It was fascinating to see the vines up close and learn more about how the vineyard works, all at a wonderfully relaxed pace.
The setting is lovely, with horses and chickens to spot along the route, as well as impressive polytunnels and a beautiful orchard. It feels very natural and welcoming, rather than overly formal.
The tour finished with a flight of three special wines to taste, which was a lovely way to round off the experience. Naturally, we couldn’t resist buying some wine to take home!
We didn’t eat during our visit, but the menu looked fantastic, with cheeses, lobster rolls, olives and other tempting options. We’ll definitely be trying the food next time.
