首尔地铁的点评
点评：Once you get your bearings you'll have no trouble navigating the Seoul metro system. Ideally if you intend to use the metro more than a couple of times I'd highly recommend you purchase a T Money card at 7/11 or GS25 convenience stores. You buy the card at the counter and then load the card up with WON. They can then be topped up on the metro machines you'll see dotted around if required.
Make sure you tap on and off on the turnstiles, the turnstiles will display the total value remaining on your card each trip.
The metro is super clean, comfortable (good air con!) and very cheap compared to London tube anyway. Its a flat fee, no 'zones'.
One thing that is confusing can be the huge number of station exits at some stops so having a good idea of where to exit is helpful. For that I'd recommend the KakaoMap and Kakao Metro apps combined. All station stops are displayed in English too which is very helpful on the screens in the trains.
Some connection (transfer) stations are huge so be prepared for some walking if you are transferring to another metro line (they are colour coded).
