What really sets Marvin apart is his personality. He’s genuinely one of the friendliest, most positive people we’ve ever met. His enthusiasm and kindness are contagious, and he has a way of making everyone around him feel comfortable, safe, and excited to be there.
One of the things that impressed us most was that he took countless photos on his own phone throughout the day and sent them to us afterward without us even asking. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much he truly cares about giving his guests the best possible experience.
