Poor management.
Sun Peaks Ski Resort的点评
点评：Booked a Mountain View room though our Travel Agent but when allocated a room we found that we were given a level two room at the back of the hotel overlooking the entrance roof/ car park.
We questioned this at the front desk and this was referred to the Manager who suggested that it was our Agents fault but they would ‘upgrade’ us to a Mountain View’ room. The room we were given (369) was on the mountain side of the Hotel but was clearly the worst ‘Mountain View’ category room (the last room on the mountain side of the hotel which because of angle of the building actually looked out on a mountain bike trail and was next to a bar / restaurant with thudding music).
It appeared to us that the Hotel wasn’t fully booked so that a better Mountain View room would have been available but that the Manager felt that this was the best room that we deserved.
We will take this up with our Travel Agent on our return but trust them more than this Hotel.
We will encourage them to delist this Hotel.
