点评：Five months ago my 3-year-old son lost two fingers at this facility putting his finger in the wheel of an electric bike on the 2nd floor that had no protection screen . The administration was completely paralyzed. Not a single staff member was able to call an ambulance, no first aid. While my child was bleeding, the only thing anyone seemed concerned about was retrieving the tags from the cloakroom. No one took charge. A 72-year-old grandmother and a second, terrified child were left to manage the situation themselves. The staff couldn’t even be bothered to call them a taxi or contact me later to clarify whether the child was alive.
This venue is a frequent destination for schools and children’s groups. It has zero emergency protocols, zero crisis management training, and apparently zero regard for the children in its care.
