点评：Visiting Windsor Castle was honestly one of the highlights of my UK trip and probably my lifetime experience as well. Seeing the castle in person via Wesley College May term bus course tour after having watched and read so much about it over the years felt really special. The architecture is absolutely stunning, and the entire area around the castle has such a grand yet charming atmosphere. Driving through the grounds and simply admiring the historic beauty of the place makes me appreciate how much England’s history these walls have witnessed over centuries. And so it was with great sadness that on 8th September 2022 , I still remember Queen Elizabeth II who passed away 4 years ago. Today marks the 4th anniversary of the passing of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Although it is a terrible loss, I am comforted by the knowledge that her son, HM King Charles III, will lead the royal monarchy with the same dedication to the U.K. as she did. Whether you are interested in British history, architecture, or simply beautiful places, Windsor Castle is definitely a must-visit when in the UK. 🏰✨ Windsor Castle was an unforgettable experience for this international college student 🇬🇧.
