My daughter in law has cancer (3 times) and still has medication treatment and now scans etc, she also has a rare form of PTEN and the granddaughter who was with her today also has the same PTEN she took proof with her for a ticket reduction under disability, but was rudely spoken to by an elder/mature lady with grey long hair who bit her head off… it’s enough yo deal with cancer let alone the rude member of staff, why would she do this ?
The 3 year old granddaughter was shocked and mother who recently lost her husband 3 weeks ago, people also have hidden disabilities, this member of staff should under go re-training and
apologise, if she is that rude why should she have a customer service role ? Disgusting
