I have to say it but it needs to be torn down

点评：I understand the background of this historic building, but unfortunately it is not a functional building. I have been there several times, but I was also there yesterday. Less and 30 minutes before the show, we were still not let into our seats. I don't know the full story but one person in our party was injured getting to her seat and had to go to the hospital on the way home. The main floor seating has NO isles. If you sit in the middle you have to squeeze by 50 or 60 people to get to your seat. This is a fire trap.
The parking is terrible, and the restrooms, don't get me started. I was one men's restroom on the third floor. This place hosts shows attended by older people, but it can not accommodate them. It's very sad that this "premier theater" is so bad. I hope it can be fixed, but nobody is seeming to try.
