Three Choirs Vineyard的点评
点评：On arriving at the Three Choirs Vineyard around 1:00pm, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely member of staff who informed us that our room was ready early. Both our room and the rest of the property were immaculately clean, with a charming rustic feel—easily one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in the UK. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the sweeping vineyard.
We enjoyed a picnic lunch outside our room, sitting on the distinctive garden chairs and taking in the scenery before heading off for our tour and wine tasting. Sampling the variety of wines was a real highlight, as was the pleasant walk around the vineyard.
That evening, we dined in the restaurant and selected a bottle of wine we had particularly enjoyed during the tasting. The padrón peppers were the largest I’ve ever seen! While a little more oil would have complemented the focaccia, we thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes, including our mains of fish and chips and steak with chips.
Our server, Ffion, was friendly, attentive, and consistently cheerful despite the restaurant being very busy. We noticed there were only two staff members on duty, yet they managed both the dining area and reception seamlessly while still providing excellent service.
Breakfast the following morning was beautifully presented and tasted fresh. We would definitely visit again.
