点评：Hever Castle is my favourite castle in England. It has a huge range of things you can do at it, so there's something for everyone. You can do boat hire on the lake, watch the swans and ducks, do the 2 amazing mazes and look about the castle and its exhibitions. Spread across the vast grounds of Hever Castle are lots of little shops selling ice-cream, donuts, slushies and much more. The entree fee is a little expensive although I found it was worth the money. You don't have to pay extra for the exhibitions in the castle or anything apart from if you want food or drinks. The Moat Restaurant and Grab and Go are great for if you want something a little more than the snack shops. The exhibitions are really detailed and you can get an audio guide and a screen to help you follow along with no extra cost. You can choose if you want to read in detail or skim through the castle. Either way you can do your own pace. The scenery of the grounds is stunning such as the double moat, waterfall, water maze or the lake. A notable area is the Italian Garden as it has some amazing plants and statues. There is also a playground so it is child friendly. It takes probably 2-4 hours to experience the majority of the castle and its grounds.
