点评：Big announcement. The venue has a new caterer. But before you decide whether to visit and support this so called charity with cafe. Please think about the way they recruited a new caterer first.
The old cater after nearly 3 years managing the cafe with overwhelming support and consistant great reviews, was given a 2 hour notice period to cease trading. Followed by no communication and followed up with a threat to remove equipment over a 48 hour window or be charged to dispose of .
Is this what you expect from a charity ? You would like to think and expect better from veterans and members involved of the charity of what should be of well standing people. Im embarrassed for their conduct.
Take time to look at the cafe reviews up to the mid part of March 2026. Think about what overview the cafe gives and added value to a venue.
The staffing this venue has the highest turn over of employees which i have ever witnessed in my career.
You may want to question this venues credibility, conduct to staff and overall merit. Call me old fashioned but I was raised to treat people with respect and as equals. In business, always with professionalism and that is far from WHAT this charity shows . Shameful. Good luck to the new caterers as I think your need it.Your have a great first year but this toxic place which quickly changes will never last long because the charity business is a playground to those higher up the ladder that do as they please with no ownership of their actions and humanity to other people
