点评：We’re so happy to share that we booked to visit today at one o’clock with our son, Joseph.
This was our first time here, and we’re already looking forward to coming back! It was all thanks to a wonderful member of staff named Lukai. (I’m not sure if I’ve got the spelling right, but it’s pronounced Luke Eye.)
I think management should really appreciate the amazing person they have.
What we saw today showed us that he’s kind, helpful and incredibly good at his job, as well as getting along with the children. Our nine-year-old son, Joseph, is already eager to return every Sunday, hoping Lukai will be there. We’ve mentioned that we live almost an hour away, so he won’t be able to make it every weekend, but we’ll try to visit once a month and hope we’re lucky enough to have Lukai on duty.
Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to this lovely young man.
