点评：My husband and I visited Shugborough Hall, Saturday 30th May (yesterday), it was my husband’s first time visiting the mansion.
The whole grounds itself is outstanding, beyond beautiful and even better on a stunning sunny day.
One really important mention and something that sticks out the most from our visit in the mansion, was having the absolute pleasure of speaking with Peter a member of staff/volunteer. Peter was exceptional, his knowledge of the history of Shugborough and beyond was phenomenal. Also, what shines through, is Peter is incredibly passionate, about Shugborough, and his delivery of information is outstanding.
Peter was an absolute pleasure to listen to and possesses an abundance of knowledge. We could have stayed and listened all day.
Peter is a true asset to Shugborough Hall/Estate.
All in all we spent a wonderful 5 hours yesterday, walking both the stunning grounds, Monument and around the inside of the mansion.
Highly recommend visiting and not forgetting the most delicious cakes and coffee.
