An exciting experience out of the ordinary.

点评：My wife booked this for our wedding anniversary as something different.
Arrived early and very glad that we did, because we were treated to a spectacular show of the Northern Lights, like we had never seen before.
It was a very clear October evening and quite cold, glad that we brought extra layers, though we should probably have brought more, although blankets are provided.
We listened to an interesting and engaging talk from Alex and slide show of the night sky and learned some very interesting facts, then split into two groups, one group used the telescopes on the driveway outside and the other viewed interesting objects like Saturn through a larger auto-tracking telescope, before swapping over. There was ample opportunity and time within each group to use and view through the telescope’s.
Tom and Alex were passionate about there subject and patient at answering our questions as well as being helpful at pointing things out, and giving some top tips to photograph the night sky.
Would definitely recommend this experience, just wrap up with warm layers.
