点评:We enjoyed our trip today as a family of 4. Myself my partner our 12 year old daughter and son who will be 3 in October. The zoo itself was fantastic with great facilities and pleasant staff and the animals appear to be well cared for which is good. Our only negative which was quite a big one was when we went in to get food. Our son was automatically drawn to the play area. We were told he couldn't get in without a token. I was asking if he could please go in as he was bigger than a number of children currently in the play area and he is well able but to no avail. My son was distraught. To be honest it ruined our experience and his day. He kept saying he was "not a baby" and didn't want to play in the younger play zone. I completely understand the need to separate babies and older children but perhaps this could be done with a height restriction or something more appropriate to prevent future upset with other families. We met other families during our visit in the same situation with visibility upset children. This was unfortunate as we were really enjoying our day. This could easily be resolved making everyone's experience more enjoyable.
